Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through www.moody-designs.com. Most Moody Designs products are created on demand specifically for each order, so production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Cancellation and Change Requests

To request a cancellation or change, email contact@moody-designs.com immediately and include your full name and order number. A request is not approved unless and until Moody Designs sends you written confirmation.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cancellation or modification is not guaranteed. An order may be canceled or changed only if production has not begun and the order can still be stopped or modified through our fulfillment process.

Once production has begun, or once the order can no longer be stopped by our fulfillment provider, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded solely because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size or color, ordered the wrong item, or entered incorrect personalization information.

Shipping Address Changes

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Address-change requests must be submitted immediately and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, Moody Designs generally cannot change the address, reroute the package, or recall the shipment. Additional production or shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

If we approve a cancellation before production begins, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear is determined by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Cancellations by Moody Designs

We may refuse or cancel an order because of product unavailability, payment or identity-verification issues, suspected fraud, a material listing or pricing error, intellectual-property concerns, shipping restrictions, safety concerns, or other lawful reasons. If we cancel an order before fulfillment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item or order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

A product that arrives with visible damage, is incorrect, is obviously misprinted, or is materially different from what was ordered is not treated as a customer cancellation. Contact contact@moody-designs.com within 72 hours after confirmed delivery and include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

A manufacturing defect that was not reasonably discoverable when the product was delivered must be reported within 30 days after delivery. We will review eligible claims under our Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. Questions about this policy may be sent to contact@moody-designs.com.
